At EasyFormApply, operated from Tunki Toli, Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand - 834001, we recognize that applying for competitive examinations, college admissions, scholarships, and certificates requires submitting sensitive personal documents—such as Aadhaar cards, academic marksheets, caste certificates, and photographs. We treat your personal information with utmost care, adhering strictly to the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect only the bare minimum information necessary to execute the specific online application or digital documentation task you authorize us to perform:
- Identity & Contact: Full name, father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
- Academic & Category Data: Board/university roll numbers, passing years, marks/grades, and reservation category (General/EWS/OBC/SC/ST).
- Document Images: Clear scanned images or camera photos of your marksheets, passport photo, signature, and domicile/caste certificates.
We never request or store your confidential banking PINs, net banking passwords, or personal account passwords. OTPs sent by official government portals are used in real-time solely with your knowledge to authenticate portal actions.
3. The Digital Shredder Protocol (Data Retention & Deletion)
Physical cyber cafes often leave applicant marksheets and Aadhaar cards sitting on public desktop folders or recycled recycling bins indefinitely. EasyFormApply enforces a strict Digital Shredder Protocol:
- Encrypted Temporary Vault: Uploaded documents are stored in an access-restricted server vault accessible only to the certified operator assigned to your task.
- Auto-Deletion Schedule: Once your official application slip or confirmation PDF is delivered to your WhatsApp and verified by you, your raw uploaded files are automatically queued for deletion.
- Right to Immediate Deletion: You may request immediate purging of all uploaded paperwork at any time via our Data Deletion Protocol.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to fill out the form or perform the digital chore you requested on designated official portals. We do NOT:
- Sell, license, or rent candidate phone numbers or data to third-party telemarketers or coaching institutes.
- Index uploaded document URLs on public search engines (all uploads carry
X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow). - Use your data for automated profiling or credit scoring.
5. Cookies, Web Beacons & Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
Like any standard web service, EasyFormApply uses "cookies" to store information regarding visitor preferences, user session state, and pages visited. This information is used to enhance your browsing experience and deliver relevant content.
