Terms of Service & Assistance Agreement

1. Independent Service Provider Notice

EasyFormApply is an independent private digital documentation assistance service and cyber cafe operator based in Tunki Toli, Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand. We are NOT an official portal, authorized agency, or representative of any government commission (such as SSC, UPSC, JSSC), testing agency (such as NTA), educational board, or university. We provide technical typing, document resizing, portal navigation, and submission assistance to citizens.

2. Separation of Fees

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Assistance Fee: The nominal charge paid to EasyFormApply (e.g. ₹30–₹120) compensates our cyber operators for their technical time, document cropping, typing, verification checks, and customer support.
• Official Portal Fees: Any examination fees, college processing charges, or government dues mandated by the official portal are separate and paid directly to that portal or official payment gateway.

3. Applicant Accuracy & Verification Responsibilities

The applicant is solely responsible for the authenticity and truthfulness of the documents and personal information provided to us. Before final payment and portal submission:

• Our operator shares a preview draft of the completed form or verifies critical fields (spelling of candidate name, father's name, date of birth, category, and educational percentages).
• The candidate must review and approve the draft before final submission is executed.
• EasyFormApply cannot be held liable for discrepancies resulting from inaccurate details supplied by the applicant.

4. No Guarantee of Selection or Outcome

EasyFormApply strictly assists with procedural data-entry and submission. We do NOT and cannot guarantee:

• Issuance of admit cards or hall tickets (which depends entirely on official commission scrutiny).
• Admission into any college, course, or university.
• Job selection, ranking, or marks in any competitive examination.
• Approval or disbursement of any government scholarship or scheme.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
